DEMENTIA (1) Folded up in the straight when 7th last run at Taree. Looking for an improved run and can save some energy from the draw. Facing a rise in trip. A win wouldn't surprise. MY OCTAVIUS (2) Ran on strongly when 3rd last time at the track in 23.14s over 400m. Might take a while to wind up but should be hitting top gear in the straight. No surprise to see a forward showing and one of the main hopes in this race. HECTIC BLUE (8) Faded to finish 7th last start around here but has a good draw. Strong chance. CANDY POWERED (4) Struggled with the pace when 6th last run here. Respect in this event.
