Fixed odds or Starting Price win bets only.
VIP Level Bronze and higher required.
First pre-race, single bet on Ombudsman in participating races - win market only.
First bet, per customer, per household.
If Ombudsman is scratched, bets will be refunded.
Where multiple bets are placed at the same time, the first bet will be determined by earliest betid.
Bets must be placed before the scheduled time on Stake.com .
Minimum Stake: $5 USD.
Maximum Stake: $100 USD.
Refund will be credited if Ombudsman finishes 2nd.
If Ombudsman wins, it will be paid as normal.
Dead heat rules apply.
Stake reserves the right to disqualify any user due to promotion or account abuse, which may also result in a permanent ban.
Any user deemed to have a conflict of interest such as a professional association with Stake will also be disqualified.
